It depends, If I really know what i want to write about it, I type the blog first, then give it a title. Sometimes I have a cute title and type it frist!
A picture usually inspires my title. I don't do too many blogs that consist of more than a picture.
Almost always the title. Now which came first - the chicken or the egg? ;)
It's a rare day that I don't type the title first....
