Anyway, why does blogger have to be so dang complicated? I was trying to change our family picture on the top of my blog...but every one I pic either doesn't work...or it blows it up gigantic. It's sad...but the most recent family picture I have (of all 4 of us) is from over a year ago. This one, at the top now, is from 2 years ago! I do have one from like last October that I tried to put...but it cuts our heads off. Grrrr.....
Anyway, I think I am going to put that on my "to do" list...get someone to take some current family pics of us. For now...I hope you all will put up with this HUGE picture at the top. I promise to not leave it for very long!

It's a good picture - even if it is HUGE! Ha! I don't know much about Blogger, but Typepad is super, super simple. If a moron like me can figure it out - it's easy. Maybe you should consider making a switch??
You need to shrink or crop the picture down in a photo editing software and then upload it. It takes a lot of going back and forth till it's what you like...

Blogger can be fussy every once in a while...but I think we can put up with the picture. It's cute!
Thanks for the Reminder, I need that on my to do list as well. I think we will do a Family Pic maybe in the fall before Christmas...
As the kids get older it gets harder to get everyone around for that. I think that I will tell them all that I want a Family Pic for my Birthday (in Sept)and they wont be able to refuse...
When we saw PJ and Sam with their baby, she showed me some AMAZING family pictures that their friend Sarah took. I'll see if I can' t get you her number. She took pictures a lot like Tori V. did. I bet they had well over 100 and we couldn't pick even one that was bad.

Love the pic. I just put one on my header and what seemed to work was when you are in customize in your blog, and you are editing the header, BEFORE you load the picture, click the "shrink to fit" box. After I loaded my pic, the box was gone, but it did shrink to fit... maybe that'll work!
