Okay friends...the truth be told---I am posting a lot more often on my other blog these days than I am on this one! It's all boring stuff though, so don't worry too much, but I just thought I'd let you know that right now...with so much of my time being devoted to exercise and nutrition, most of my posts are going to be on my new blog http://p90xourjourney.blogpsot.com. I am really trying to save those of you who don't care to hear about my weight and exercise and food-intake some boring reading by doing it this way...but I can't help but miss the input from my regular readers over on that blog too. Anyway, tomorrow will be Day 8 on our P90X journey---and is also WEIGH DAY!! I am anxious to see what kind of improvements we've made in this first week's time.
