I've heard this song many times...even could sing some of the lyrics...but had no idea what it was about. When Matt told me it "really hits home" for him, I decided to pull it up and see what it was all about. Well, I sat here with tears streaming down my face the entire time and I have a whole new perspective on today...just from taking 3 minutes to listen to this song. Please, if you are one of my readers, do this. I promise, it won't take too long and you'll be glad you took a minute to get your perspective.

This song always brings me to tears! It reminds me of me and my dad. Such a beautiful song!
Oh my gosh. I heard this song the first time the other day on the way home. It brought me to tears. I meant to tell Chris but then forgot. The very next day he asked me, "have you heard that Trace Adkins song?" It definitely hit home for both of us.
