Hey, it's one pund less to worry about :) Good job!
Do you write down everything you eat? I know it helps me a lot to track everything that I put in my mouth - even the "bites" of things that I take. My problem has always been the snacking.
Hahaaa...girl, I read this and cracked up, and thought "Ok, Forest!" :)
One pound a week is PERFECT! That means you burned 3500 calories more than you consumed this week! Congratulations!!!! That is a great accomplishment. Just think, 1 lb a week, if you do this every week, you would be 11 lbs lighter by Christmas! Wouldn't that be awesome!?! Plus by doing it the healthy way (through diet/exercise), you are going to keep the weight off. Yea!!! Congratulations!!!! I'm proud of you Jen!!!!
P.S. If it makes you feel any better, I gained 3 lbs from pigging out while we were camping. OUCH! That hurt my feelings when I got on the scale this morning. (But I am experiencing PMS...the week before I get "the dreaded visit from Aunt Flo", is the absolute worst! I crave junk food (salty snacks, cookies, etc) and am constantly hungry. I have to really watch it, or I can ruin all of my hard work, in just that 1 week each month.)
way to go!! every pound counts :)
