Okay...just like I thought....the scale still says 148. Bummer! I was hoping for at least a pound or two. Actually, I got on the scale 4 times this morning and the 2nd time...it said 147...but then the next two times it said 148 again...so I guess that is probably right. That's okay though. I expected it. Anytime you lose a lot in the first week (5 pounds last week) the next week is usually small. Did ya'll watch Biggest Loser last night? Boy, they sure found that to be true too! They had significantly lower weight loss percentages this week...but that doesn't mean what they're doing isn't working. Watch and see...next week their (and my) numbers will be back up!
Anyway, I took a picture of this Odwalla Bar! so I would remember to tell you all about it. It's a great on-the-go breakfast (or snack). It's found in the food section at Wal-Mart by the "diet" foods. (ie..weight watchers and slimfast bars). It has 240 calories but it also has 4 g. of Protien and a good amount of fiber and calcium. It is made with real fruit and whole grains and tastes EXACTLY like a banana nut muffin. They are $1.14 a peice.

The "Pria" bars are really good also. They are high in protein and fiber, and low in fat/sugar etc.
The "Clif" Bars are REALLY good to. Everything in this is natural. Nothing in it that you can't pronounce, and no artificial sugars/syrups etc. They are our favorite. I took some on our vacation, and my parents were like "gross!" But then they tasted one, and were hooked! They are very yummy, and FILLING!
Congrats on sticking with it girlfriend. You CAN do it!!!! I have been recording Biggest Loser and then watching it while I am on the Elliptical. I have also been getting up at 5 or 5:30am so I can workout and then get showered and ready for the day before I get the boys up. It has been making me feel so great! I love it!!!! :) I weighed this morning, but I had already drank 3 huge MUGS of coffee (about 1/2 pot or more), and then had lifted weights also...but it still showed 124. I'm beginning to think my scale is just stuck on that number. Argh! So I will have to re-weigh tomorrow and see what it really is now, after a week.

right there w/ ya - no loss. but i did keep my workout streak goign and for that i feel great. my thighs also feel a lot slimmer since i got back into running, so i know my body is going through changes, just takes some time for the numbers to change. those bars sound yummy - i'll have to scope those out next time i (dare) go to Walmart. I'm a big fan of anything Kashi - have you ever tried their products?
