II Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

I bet you would have been a great teacher - with practice you would find your pace and not die at the end of each day :-)

And you are only young, you could still do it if you really wanted to...

But as you say, perhaps this is the best way to do it - I was once told that you should never turn something that you love into your career. Makes sense when you think about it.

yay for voluteering! I give you a lot of credit. They can be demanding little buggers and it takes a whole lotta patience.

That's so great you're getting to do something you love! And with your little man too!! Beautiful picture and good for you, Mrs. Jones :)

Cute picture. I wanted to be a teacher soooo bad too! But I didn't finish college either. Now I am a trainer and teach all day. Adults. I bet a class of four year olds would listen better. :o)

What a cute picture of you and Grant. I didn't know you always wanted to be a teacher! I couldn't handle it...I did teach at our church back when I was in college and going to my Daddy's church. I taught the Missionettes "prims" class (young girls class; I think they were age 5-7 or something like that). I enjoyed it at the time (since I didn't have kids yet).
