II Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Time keeps on slippin'....

into the future......

Hey ya'll. I don't have anything in particular to say at this moment...nor do I have but about 3 minutes...but I just wanted to say that

1. We are STILL sick around here. (getting REALLY tired of THAT!) I will break down and go to the dr. tomorrow if there isn't a significant change by then.

2. I MISS YOU GUYS!!!

3. I miss blogging!!!

4. I promise to catch up on all of your blogs a.s.a.p. I read Logzie's blog this morning (during breakfast) and I couldn't believe how much I have missed! Made me realize I feel like I don't know what any of you has been up to lately.

5. Thanks for all your comforting words about the big THREE OH. It's coming whether I like it or not...and now I only have 2 days left in my 20's. AUGHHHHHH!!!!!

Hey now! Aren't most of your blogging friends over 30? Okay maybe not most but half... some... heehee! Well, last year I crossed over from early 30s to late 30s - yep! And it's not as bad as it sounds!! I still feel young. Like others have said, you are fit, and beautiful, and full of life and energy!! No worries ;)

Hope you are all better by your birthday!

Hey, I thought of something you could do in honor of turning 30...RUN IN A MARATHON...I know you can't do it in 2 days but...it's a goal you could have and it goes along with all your hardwork!

Just a thought...

Being in your 30's now is completely different to being 30, say 20-30 years ago. Women look younger, for a start. People who are 50 now, look fabulous.

With all the lotions and potions we have now for the exterior of the body, and with our far superior diets our bodies are better to.

Other than the occassional "keep fit" class, did anyone really work out, way back? No... And they didnt use sunscreen or moisturiser either.

You look F.A.B. and from the pictures of you with the 6 pack coming along, I would say you are taking care of yourself. Age is just a number!

I agree with Teresa, do something with your new found lifestyle of exercise. Run that marathon!
