II Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Grant screaming at me:

You're a bad doctor.
You're not a special actor.
I don't like your voice you're talking about.
You're a mean guy.

This is what I am listening to right now from my VERY mad and frustrated 3-year-old because I won't allow him to have a peice of candy before lunch.

What the heck?

He says the FUNNIEST NONSENSE when he is mad...no matter how hard I try, I can't keep from CRACKING UP! I am supposed to be mad at him and on the verge of spanking his little disobedient butt...but instead..I end up rolling on the floor in laughter because of the goofy stuff he says. It's awful because he ends up getting away with a bunch of stuff...like hitting and kicking me..and calling names. Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping from laughing at this stuff???

thats the stuff I'm afraid off! What happens when my daughter does or says something bad, but it turns out to be freaking hillarious?! - How do I not laugh?

Mr. Zig...you just DO laugh. I mean...that's what having kids is all about. Yes, they have to be disciplined...and when it really counts...you'll stick to it...but when they start saying all the cute stuff 2 and 3 year olds say..you can't help but laugh. I mean, if you can't laugh...who wants to be a parent anyway? right? Enjoy those times. They'll be gone before ya know it.
Thanks for the comment!
