II Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Praise the Lord!

Whew! We got the report from the appraisal back on our house (that we currently live in) and it appraised for what we needed it to! YEAH! This was a big worry for me since the last house we sold appraised for less than we had contracted and we had to take less. Anyway, I am just so glad that is over and everything worked out good. Tomorrow a heat/air technician is coming to tell us why our furnace makes "a strange noise and isn't cool enough."--this is according to the buyers inspector who came and analyzed every square foot of our house and found all kinds of things "wrong." Things that we certainly never noticed--but whatever. At least we are only liable for $500 worth of repairs. If things progress smoothly, it looks like we might be out of our house (and living with my parents) in the next 2 weeks! As much as I love my parents and am very grateful for them letting us stay there---it is going to be a TRYING time for all of us. Well, maybe not Brooklyn--she LOVES it there--but the rest of us are going to need lots of prayers and patience to make it in that house with all 6 of us (plus Sam). Hopefully I will still have internet service over there and will be able to keep you posted on what's happening. I guess we'll see!
